You're Racc, the newest recruit to Operation Raccoon Revolt—more commonly known as the Trash Panda Revolt (TPR).

The TPR seek to subvert the cyborg monopoly in society by stealing from the rich to share the loot with your dumpster friends while causing all sorts of upset to high society. 

Get in, get out, and DON'T GET CAUGHT. Good luck, rookie.
